Job Title: Lead II - Production Support Company: UST Job Category: SAP Ariba Roles & Responsibilities: Role description IT Support Analyst – Job responsibilities Integration Support: Supporting and troubleshooting SAP Ariba, SAP CPI, Oracle OFM middleware, Oracle SQL, and file\-based integrations, including incident resolution and root cause analysis (RCA). Data Platform Support: Daily monitoring and operational support of the Data platform, including SAP BODS data replication, AWS data ingestion pipelines, troubleshooting ingestion failures, and validating data availability. ServiceNow \& Access Automation: Working on ServiceNow catalog item development, user access provisioning automation through Active Directory, and coordinating API integrations with ServiceNow developers based on business requirements. Python Automation Development: Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Python\-based automation jobs for user lifecycle management, access deprovisioning, license management, and process improvements across Smartsheet and Changepoint. Production Support \& Continuous Improvement: Investigating production issues, performing RCA, coordinating with cross\-functional teams, and identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation. Work timing : 12pm to 10:30 pm IST Work Location: Karnataka, India Availability: Full time
