Key Responsibilities Develop PoCs, prototypes, and production-ready GenAI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability. Must be hands-on with coding, solution development, and technical implementation. Mentor GenAI engineers and support product teams in building their GenAI capabilities. Excellent technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Job Requirements Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field. Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents. Preferred: Azure AI, Azure Cloud, or other relevant AI/cloud technology certifications; not mandatory. Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, guardrails, security, and responsible AI.
