Job Title: LEAD FULL STACK -Remote Company: Innova Solutions Job Category: MERN Roles & Responsibilities: Role \& responsibilities LEAD FULL STACK We are seeking a LEAD Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js or Next.js, and TypeScript, along with solid backend experience in Python (FastAPI) along with hands\-on experience in PostgreSQL, Docker, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The role focuses on building scalable, high\-performance web applications, with emphasis on modern frontend development, user experience, full\-stack ownership and scalable healthcare solutions, ensuring data privacy, performance, and seamless user experiences. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams and play a key role in system architecture, development best practices, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities * Develop modern, responsive web applications using React.js or Next.js, and TypeScript * Design and implement scalable frontend architecture and reusable UI components * Optimize frontend performance using SSR, lazy loading, and code splitting techniques * Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI) * Ensure seamless frontend\-backend integration for end\-to\-end functionality * Develop and manage database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL. * Implement containerized applications using Docker and manage deployments in cloud environments (GCP). * Ensure applications meet healthcare compliance standards (e.g., data privacy, security, HIPAA compliance). * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver end\-to\-end solutions. * Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. * Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code following best practices. * Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior engineers, and enforcing engineering standards. * Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. * Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high system uptime. * Utilize development tools such as VS Code, Docker, and AI\-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) for productivity. 8\-10 YEARS OF TOTAL EXPERIENCE * 8\-1-2 years of experience in software development. * Strong proficiency in: + React.js/ Next.js, TypeScript (primary focus) + Python (FastAPI) * Solid experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, indexing, performance tuning). * Hands\-on experience with Docker and containerization. * Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. * Familiarity with AI\-Assisted coding (Claud Code, etc.) and agentic approaches * Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. * Proficiency in Git\-based version control systems. * Experience in building secure applications, especially handling sensitive healthcare data. * Familiarity with development tools such as VS Code and containerized development workflows. * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability o work in a fast\-paced agile environment.
