Job Title: LEAD ANALYST - ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE Company: Coforge Job Category: Machine Learning Roles & Responsibilities: We at Coforge are seeking Senior Engineer Technical Lead – Gen AI / Agentic AI with the following skill set: Key Responsibilities * Responsible for developing new AI\-driven product features, enhancements, and driving technical innovations. * Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and modern AI frameworks. * Develop and optimize machine learning models and deep learning architectures for real\-world use cases. * Implement end\-to\-end pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. * Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI models into enterprise platforms. * Implement observability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems. * Implement Responsible AI practices including model governance, bias mitigation, and evaluation frameworks. Key Skills \- Gen AI, Agentic AI, Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, NLP Experience \- 3 \- 14 Years * Minimum 2\+ years of experience in building scalable AI/ML solutions with strong exposure to Python. * Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). * Experience with NLP techniques including text classification, summarization, and semantic search. * Hands\-on experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.). * Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
