Job Description
This Junior Salesforce Developer role at Talent Sketchers focuses on the healthcare industry, requiring expertise in Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will design and build complex, scalable solutions using advanced Apex, Triggers, Asynchronous Processing, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Your daily responsibilities include designing, customizing, and maintaining end-to-end workflows across multiple Salesforce clouds, mapping patient journeys and care plans, and connecting clinical workflows with sales funnels and support centers. You will securely integrate Salesforce with external healthcare applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. The role involves conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and owning the CI/CD pipeline deployment processes using Git, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 1+ years of Salesforce development experience with hands-on development across Health Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Required certifications include Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI) and Platform Developer II (PDII). Strong healthcare domain knowledge including HIPAA compliance is required. Mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS, and Agile methodologies is essential. Experience with Jira/Confluence is preferred. Any graduate degree is acceptable.
