The Role As a Management Consultant at Backo, you will operate in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same. To support your technical growth, you will actively participate in in\-depth discussions focused on IFRS group reporting, designed to deepen your understanding of how complex standards apply across various industries. * Financial Reporting \& Accounting: Exceptional command of financial reporting with a deep, up\-to\-date understanding of accounting standards, particularly IFRS. * Consolidation \& FP\&A: Strong foundational knowledge of financial consolidation and Financial Planning \& Analysis. * Data Analysis: High proficiency in decoding complex data sets to extract and present meaningful, actionable business insights. * Valuations: Strong knowledge of Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) models and fundamental business valuation techniques. * Techno\-Functional Mindset: An active interest in bridging finance and IT, including a willingness to learn and apply programming languages such as SQL and Python.
