Job Description We are looking for a MuleSoft Developer to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. In this role, you will maintain APIs, connectors, and integrations across key business systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, and other third\-party applications. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements, support application deployments, resolve integration issues, and contribute to process improvements. Working within an Agile environment, you will help deliver reliable, scalable integration solutions that support business operations. ### Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, configure, and support integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4. * Maintain MuleSoft APIs, connectors, and integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, and other external systems. * Develop, build, deploy, test, and troubleshoot MuleSoft applications. * Assist with application releases, testing, debugging, and production issue resolution in collaboration with senior team members. * Develop and maintain integrations using RESTful and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and DataWeave transformations. * Configure and maintain third\-party MuleSoft Anypoint Connectors. * Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. * Participate in business process design and identify opportunities to improve integration workflows. * Work within an Agile/Sprint methodology, contributing to planning, estimation, development, testing, and delivery activities. * Estimate the level of effort required for system enhancements, configuration changes, and integration improvements. * Create and maintain clear documentation for integrations, processes, configurations, and policies. * Support the onboarding and training of local and remote users. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure integrations remain reliable and effective. * 2\+ years of experience as a MuleSoft Developer, including hands\-on MuleSoft configuration and integration development. * Foundational to intermediate understanding of Mule 4 architecture, components, and integration concepts. * Hands\-on experience developing, building, deploying, testing, and supporting MuleSoft applications. * Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and DataWeave. * Experience working with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and third\-party Anypoint Connectors. * Experience gathering and understanding business and technical requirements and translating them into integration solutions. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to estimate development effort and work effectively within Agile sprint cycles. * Experience creating technical, process, and policy documentation. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Ability to support and train users across local and remote teams. * Salesforce configuration and/or NetSuite knowledge is an advantage. * MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 1 certification is preferred. ### Benefits At Eptura, we believe strong teams are built through collaboration, flexibility, and a range of perspectives grounded in skill and experience.
