Key Responsibilities:. Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Custom Applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Conduct gap analysis and create technical specifications based on user requirements. Develop and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for Salesforce development. Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Optimize existing Salesforce implementations to improve performance and user experience. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions. Skills and Tools Required:. Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Lead with a proven track record in Salesforce implementations. Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security features. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs. Experience with Salesforce deployment methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, Change Sets, or ANT. Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, Middleware). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.
