Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (Angular) Company: Iris Software Job Category: MERN Roles & Responsibilities: Shift: 1:00 PM\- 10:00 PM IST Angular 14\+ (Angular Components \+ Angular State Management (NgRx, RxJS)), Microservices \+ REST APIs, Multithreading \& Concurrency, Java 8\+, Hibernate, Maven, HTML5 \+ CSS3 \+ JavaScript, HTML5 \+ CSS3 \+ TypeScript, HTML5 \+ CSS3 \+ jQuery, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Spring Boot \+ Spring Security (JWT) Key Responsibilities * Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices architecture. * Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise\-grade systems. * Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices. * Lead development of reusable Angular components and scalable state management solutions using NgRx and RxJS. * Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization. * Own end\-to\-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness. * Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. * Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency. * Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes. * Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.
