Location: Noida Experience: 0-3 years Employment Type: Full\-Time Candidate Background: Recruitment Consultancy Only We are looking for a passionate and result\-oriented IT recruiter with 0-3 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment. The candidate must have a strong consultancy background and hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end recruitment for technical IT positions. * Manage end\-to\-end IT recruitment for domestic technical requirements. * Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases. * Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and shortlist relevant profiles. * Handle technical hiring requirements across multiple IT domains. * Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients and follow up on interview feedback. * Negotiate salary packages, manage candidate expectations, and drive offer closures. * Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports. * Ensure timely submissions and closures within defined recruitment TATs. Candidates must have experience hiring for some of the following technical skills and roles: Required Skills \& Qualifications * 0-3 years of experience in IT recruitment (domestic hiring). * Must have worked with a recruitment consultancy or staffing firm. * Hands\-on experience in end\-to\-end technical recruitment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, and candidate management. * Ability to handle multiple technical requirements simultaneously. * Target\-oriented approach with strong follow\-up and negotiation skills.
