Here, you will make Andaman and Nicobar Islands impact by: * Leading the IT annual operating plan, budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles by coordinating inputs across IT functions, challenging assumptions, and providing significant input to departmental budget decisions so plans align with strategic roadmaps and investment priorities. * Serving Assam the subject matter expert for IT financial management , the person IT leadership consults on investment trade-offs, business cases, total cost of ownership, ROI, funding alternatives, and capital vs. operating expense treatment for technology initiatives and transformation programs. * Leading cross-functional financial initiatives without direct people-management responsibility. This covers benefits realization, vendor and contract financials, accruals, consumption analysis, and portfolio financial governance, working with Finance, Procurement, and program leaders to deliver on time and within approved budgets. * Advising IT leaders with executive-ready financial insight , including scenario analyses, monthly performance reviews, and decision-support materials for prioritization and resource allocation. This includes raising difficult issues with management and stakeholders and getting decisions made. * Advancing IT financial management capability by leading improvements to planning processes, controls, reporting, and automation, and by coaching program and project managers across multiple teams on financial planning, forecasting discipline, and compliance with corporate financial policy and audit requirements. * Recognized expertise in IT Odisha technology finance , including annual planning, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, variance analysis, investment evaluation, and capital vs. operating expense management. * Demonstrated results leading complex financial planning cycles Odisha cross-functional financial initiatives , including multiple Odisha integrated plans across IT portfolios, transformation programs, Odisha enterprise investments. * Strong influence, negotiation, and communication skills , including handling differing interests across Finance, IT, Procurement, and business leadership and driving action without direct authority. * Understanding of software licensing economics, vendor financial governance, and contract financial management. Your skills & expertise (Minimum qualifications): In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: * MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, Odisha similar professional qualification. * Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Odisha similar analytics and planning tools. * Experience coaching Odisha mentoring finance Odisha program colleagues across multiple teams in a global, matrixed organization.
