KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. Manage and administer SAP systems in production environments. Monitor SAP system health, availability, and performance. Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization. Analyze and resolve SAP Basis-related incidents and technical issues. Perform performance tuning and capacity optimization. Manage SAP transports and system landscape activities. Coordinate with infrastructure, database, development, and functional teams. Support SAP upgrades, patches, migrations, and maintenance activities. Work on SAP system integration and enterprise architecture requirements. Participate in technical decisions and provide solutions across teams. Act as an SME and mentor junior team members. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to best practices.
