Scale The Future We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst / SAP SD Consultant to join our global Billing & Taxation team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT, driving the analysis, design, implementation, and support of solutions within the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) landscape, with a strong focus on Billing, Taxation, Output Management, and SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (SAP DRC). You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable and compliant SAP solutions, providing expert consulting, hands-on customization, and ongoing operational support. Working within a modern application landscape based on SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, you will help ensure the successful delivery of global initiatives while maintaining compliance with local legal, tax, and e-invoicing regulations across Hilti subsidiaries worldwide. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate closely with business partners, architects, developers, and external vendors to design and implement end-to-end digital solutions. You will also play a key role in managing incidents and service requests, driving continuous improvements, and establishing operational excellence within your area of responsibility.
