Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator

Job Title: Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator Company: LUMERROW WORKS PTE. LTD. SAP Module: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: TORRAS Singapore is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to manage our growing local inventory and support our e-commerce and distribution operations. Key Responsibilities * Manage daily stock receiving, storage and stock-out records * Maintain accurate inventory records and SKU quantities * Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies * Monitor stock levels and identify low-stock / out-of-stock items * Coordinate inventory for TikTok Shop, Shopee and other sales channels * Organise warehouse products by SKU and maintain proper labelling * Process returned/exchanged products and update inventory accordingly * Coordinate with the fulfilment team on daily order requirements * Assist with incoming shipments and stock replenishment * Prepare daily/weekly inventory reports * Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment Work Location: Singapore, Singapore Work Type: fulltime
