Inventory Control Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:. Achieving customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods. Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy. Good Interface and communication with customers to address the requests and solve problems. Implementing mechanisms to manage inventory, material control, and accounting as well as supply reports. Direct the daily activities of the warehouse, including labor scheduling, supervision and proper utilization of space and equipment. Ensure 100% accuracy of Material Master as per department parameters. Conduct System Vs physical counts of products and reconcile with data to maintain adequate inventory level. Develop and monitor procedures for 6S, Safety and Security of warehouse environment and all goods. Preparing various MIS reports like daily material receipt, issue, dispatches & etc. Retrieving customer orders and packaging for shipment, preparing shipping documents. Tracking and follow up of import materials on urgent need. Maintaining incoming records, GRN, binning and labelling activities. Skills:. Expertise in MS excel and computer skills. Experienced in ERP / Interface tools. Rich industrial experience in Material handling &Inventory management. This is a great opportunity to build a career in the SAP MM domain.
