Intern – Financial Controller IT

Job Title: Intern – Financial Controller IT Company: Mercedes-Benz Group SAP Module: SAP BASIS Roles & Responsibilities: FMS/MI is in-charge of IT department (regional) finance. We handle cost center planning and conduct budget check on IT project costs. We conduct Plan vs Actual analysis on Cost Center and IT projects reports. We handle IT Service Agreements life cycle which include billing on project milestones. We will support our accounting team on month-end and year-end closing activities. We have some finance online system to support us on daily basis and implement some finance projects. Join us as our intern, you will be able to learn more about how IT financial project is handle and manage. You will be able to feel the dynamic IT environment with financial data. Job Description: * Support on monthly billing cycle and conduct posting check in SAP system. * Assist to manage daily actuals financial data from SAP to Self-Service Tool via RPA. * Assist to prepare monthly management report data. Qualification: * Possess college diploma/associate degree qualifications and pursuing degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration * Highly motivated independent worker with positive working and learning attitude. * Ability to work in an international and intercultural context. * Excellent Microsoft excel skills; proficiency in SAP-FICO and excel-based data warehouse preferred. * Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
