HR Service Delivery Analyst

This role focuses on Administer and adjudicate leave of absence cases; coordinate with TPAs and insurance carriers; track leave entitlements; 3+ years LOA process experience; Workday Talent Management skills required. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, deliver reliable solutions, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting business objectives. Strong communication, ownership, and quality execution are expected throughout day-to-day responsibilities.

Candidates should have 3-5 years experience with Workday Talent Management, Case Management, LOA process, FMLA, ADA, STD/LTD, leave administration, MS Office, BPO, HR domain certification, SuccessFactors. They should demonstrate analytical thinking, teamwork, problem solving, adaptability, and willingness to learn. Relevant education and certifications are valued, and the ability to work effectively with business users is important.
