HR Operations Workday

Manage employee lifecycle transactions and workforce administration activities using Workday and HR service delivery tools. Process employee transfers, relocations, leave requests and organization changes. Respond to client queries, maintain HR records, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure accurate HR service delivery while meeting SLA and quality requirements.

4-7 years of HR Operations experience with expertise in Workday or similar HRIS platforms. Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle management, workforce administration and HR shared services. Proficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP. Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills required.
