We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing support to employees regarding HR-related matters.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Administer employee benefits programs,
• Conduct employee on-boarding and orientation programs.
• Provide support to employees regarding HR-related matters, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
