Job Responsibilities are as follows:
• Analysing and understanding the requirements of all the departments of the organization.
• Collecting resumes of the candidates for assigned positions from different sources.
• Initial Screening of the candidates over the call.
• Coordinating various tests for the relevant candidates as per the requirement of the respective position.
• Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates.
• Taking care of the joining formalities of the new joiners such as Joining Dockets.
• Work with outside head-hunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent.

Recruiter qualifications and skills:
• 1-3 years recruiting experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of various job portals like Naukari, LinkedIn, Indeed.
• Working knowledge of the Ed-Tech industry
