• Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, and Contracts of Employment.
• Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
• Adhering to all the companyxe2x80x99s rules and regulations.
• Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Handling the orientation of new employees.
