Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR-Admin Executive at Gantner India in Ahmedabad. The HR-Admin Executive will be responsible for HR activity management & day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities:
Providing assistance to HR team for recruitment & onboarding
Provide support to new recruits with facilities and necessary assets
Manage documentations & paperwork
Handaling management of major events & staff meetings of organization
Organizing & scheduling monthly & annual oprtaions.
Handle general admin tasks as responding to emails, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence.
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures can be considered as an advantage

Requirements:
A relevant bachelors degree in business, education, management, office administration, or communication
2+ years of experience in an admin executive position
Proven experience in office management
Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly,
