Key Responsibilities:. Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial control. Oversee financial governance, audit, and compliance requirements. Strengthen finance processes, controls, and reporting capabilities. Support strategic initiatives, investment activities, and investor relations. Partner with senior leadership and key external stakeholders. Lead and develop the wider finance team. Qualifications:. Strong finance leadership experience within a complex organisation. Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and controls. Experience managing external audits and senior stakeholders. Professional finance qualifications like SOCPA, CPA, CFA or similar certifications are advantageous.
