GTM Engineer

Job Title: GTM Engineer Company: Potentiam Ltd Job Category: Salesforce Roles & Responsibilities: Potentiam is a rapidly growing global offshore solutions provider, connecting skilled professionals with leading UK and European companies. You’ll be employed by Potentiam and working as part of a dedicated team supporting one of our international clients. Our client is an established UK technology\-services business looking for a hands\-on GTM Engineer to improve its CRM, data quality, lifecycle processes, automation, lead handling and reporting. This is not a CRM “maintenance” role: you will turn operational clarity into better targeting, faster follow\-up and stronger pipeline visibility. * Audit CRM structure, data quality, integrations, lifecycle stages and lead leakage; then build a practical remediation roadmap. * Improve data standards, cleansing, deduplication, enrichment and account/contact segmentation across CRM and marketing systems. * Build and refine workflows, lead scoring, routing rules, nurture journeys and sales hand\-offs. * Create trusted funnel reporting, campaign attribution and dashboards that translate activity into commercial insight. * Support the integration and effective use of HubSpot, Dynamics and related GTM tooling. * Use AI\-assisted enrichment and automation thoughtfully to improve the commercial operating system, not simply add new tools. * Drive adoption through clear processes, QA, documentation and practical support to Marketing and Sales users. * 4\+ years in CRM operations, marketing operations, RevOps, lifecycle marketing or growth operations within a B2B environment. * Strong hands\-on experience with HubSpot, Dynamics, Salesforce or a comparable CRM, including workflows, data management and reporting. * Evidence of improving automation, segmentation, lead hand\-offs, funnel visibility, data quality or speed\-to\-lead. * A clear understanding of how CRM operations influence revenue, not just system administration. * Comfort working across Marketing, Sales and leadership, translating data into credible recommendations and priorities. * A detail\-oriented, curious and accountable builder who is confident testing, troubleshooting and improving what is already in place.
