Group Finance Manager

Job Title: Group Finance Manager Company: Modular Pulse SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Job description: Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and present monthly MIS, financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and variance analysis for management. 5. Monitor project and product costing, identify cost overruns, and suggest ways to reduce cost. 6. Support management with financial analysis for pricing, tenders and business decisions. 7. Manage cash flow, working capital and fund planning, including vendor payments and customer collections. 9. Manage banking relationships, including loans, credit limits and guarantees. 11. Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors and tax consultants, and close audit observations. Controls and Team Management 13. Set up and maintain internal controls, approval limits and financial policies. 15. Manage fixed assets and inventory records, along with the Stores and Purchase teams. 16. Lead, train and review the work of the Accounts team, and ensure proper segregation of duties. 17. Manage the accounting software or ERP (such as Tally, Zoho Books or SAP) and improve processes through automation. Work Location: In person Work Location: MP, India Availability: Full time
