BE graduate with 0 To 1 year of experience and a strong interest in SAP PP and production processes. Basic understanding of SAP PP transactions, production orders, material consumption, confirmation, and BOM processes. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve SAP errors and COGI issues. Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Production, SCM, Stores, QC, Planning, and Digital Factory teams. Willingness to learn SAP, Digital Factory systems, automation, and process improvement in a manufacturing environment. Your Task:. Monitor SAP vs. Digital Factory production confirmation and ensure timely production/service confirmation through relevant SAP transactions. Monitor and support resolution of SAP confirmation errors, COGI issues, SFG/FG shortages, and data transfer issues. Track rolled-out machines, SFG/FG confirmation, QC status, and billing readiness and provide timely status updates. Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly SAP PP reports, including COGI, confirmation, shortage, and production status reports. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for SAP/BDF corrections, new developments, automation, and process improvements while maintaining data accuracy and process compliance.
