Key Responsibilities * Lead the GBS AI Factory and define the roadmap for Agentic AI solutions. * Design, develop, and deliver scalable AI solutions across finance processes. * Build and lead a high-performing AI engineering team. * Drive AI innovation, automation, and intelligent workflow orchestration. * Collaborate with business, IT, and finance teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions. * Ensure AI governance, engineering standards, scalability, and security. * Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into enterprise solutions. * Monitor ROI, adoption, and continuous optimization of AI initiatives. Key Skills Required * Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field. * 1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering and Solution Development. * Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex enterprise projects. * Strong experience with GenAI, AI/ML, Automation Technologies, and Agentic AI. * Expertise in Azure Cloud and modern development technologies. * Strong understanding of SAP ECC & ABAP related to Finance & Accounting. * Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Shipping, or Engineering domains. * Hands-on experience with AI-driven Finance Automation, including: Key Skills: SAP ABAP Salary: Not disclosed
