Functional Consultant -R2R

We are seeking an experienced R2R Functional Consultant with a strong background in the retail industry to join our SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation project. The consultant will play a critical role in designing, reviewing, and implementing R2R processes, with a focus on retail-specific requirements, functional specification reviews, and integration oversight. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, retail industry processes, global tax treatments, and integration between retail business streams and SAP systems. Experience:. Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FICO) with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. Proven expertise in retail industry processes, including store accounting, inventory valuation, tax, and multi-location financial consolidation. Strong background in R2R processes: GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing. Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects. Technical Skills:. Knowledge of SAP Tax Configuration and integration with tax engines like Vertex, Avalara, or SAP Tax Service. Experience with retail-specific SAP modules (e.g., SAP CAR, IS-Retail). Proficiency in functional spec documentation and SAP module integration. Familiarity with FIORI apps and S/4HANA retail innovations.
