Functional Consultant - Oracle NetSuite

Job Title: Functional Consultant - Oracle NetSuite Company: Techno Q SAP Module: SPP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Techno Q is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Product Specialist - Oracle NetSuite (Finance, ERP & CRM Systems) to join our Business Solutions division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the implementation, configuration, customization, and optimization of Oracle NetSuite for our clients, with a strong focus on Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM module with knowledge of project management. Key Responsibilities: Functional & Implementation Support * Participate in full-cycle Oracle NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and user training. * Analyze and document client business processes across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM to design effective NetSuite-based solutions. * Configure core NetSuite modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banking, Procurement, Inventory Management, and CRM (Sales & Customer Service). * Implement multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and consolidation structures. * Assist with data migration, master data setup, and ensure smooth cutover during project transitions. * Perform daily system administration including roles, permissions, and workflows. * Design and maintain SuiteAnalytics workbooks, dashboards, and KPIs to support business insights. * Develop custom workflows, scripts (SuiteScript 1.0/2.x), custom records, fields, and forms to automate and enhance system functionality. * Collaborate with internal developers for integrations with third-party platforms such as PMS, POS, HRMS, and external applications. * Troubleshoot and resolve functional or technical issues ensuring smooth operation of the system. * Stay current with NetSuite product releases, new features, and SuiteApps, implementing relevant updates and optimizations. * Conduct system demonstrations, end-user training, and post-implementation support. * Act as a functional and technical advisor, promoting NetSuite best practices. * Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of milestones. * Should be able to travel to client sites within Qatar and abroad when required for project implementation, training, or support purposes. Qualifications & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Information Systems. * 1-3 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite implementation, configuration, or support. * Strong functional understanding of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM modules. * Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow (Workflows), SuiteAnalytics, and Saved Searches. * Experience in other NetSuite modules and SuiteApps (such as Fixed Assets, Advanced Financials, or industry-specific extensions) will be an added advantage. * Familiarity with API-based integrations and data import/export processes. * Knowledge or prior experience with Infor SunSystems is an added advantage. * NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or Suite Foundation) preferred.
