Job Title: Functional Analyst – SCM Company: Volcafe Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Role Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Functional Analyst – SCM to work in a truly global environment, providing functional support, implementation assistance and postimplementation support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management across our global operations, reporting to Project Delivery Manager. The role provides long\-term development potential for someone eager to demonstrate their skills and experience in the fast\-paced soft commodities environment. Our Volcafe Way farmer support programme engages with thousands of coffee farmers and provides a holistic response to the challenges they face. This role will be based in Volcafe office in Bangalore, India ▪ Provide post implementation support to end users onsite and offshore. ▪ Handle incoming support issues via our ticketing system and ensure timely resolution of issues, escalating when necessary. ▪ Participate in and manage customer support\-focused projects. ▪ Develop knowledge of Commodities Business Processes (Especially Coffee). ▪ Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with “customers”. ▪ Document “customer” inquiries and reported problems and provide feedback and resolutions implemented. ▪ Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. ▪ Performs other duties as assigned ▪ 5\+ Dynamics 365 ERP implementation \& post implementation support projects ▪ Demonstrable knowledge of Dynamics 365 ERP best practices including master data management and security implementation adopting segregation of duties. ▪ Provide continuing education to “customer” on how to effectively use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Skills and Experience: ▪ University Graduate with a relevant degree within a computational discipline ▪ Implementation experience of Dynamics 365 Trade \& Logistics and Production including appropriate certification. ▪ Experience in physical commodities business is desirable.
