Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications. * Build responsive, accessible, performant, and user\-friendly interfaces. * Design UI/UX layouts, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma. * Work with frontend and backend technologies, APIs, and databases. * Apply best practices in accessibility, SEO, security, and performance optimisation. * Understand client requirements and handle basic client communication. * Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to end\-to\-end project delivery under managerial guidance. * Use AI\-assisted development tools and coding agents where appropriate. * Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and development practices. * Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and software development concepts. * Good knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. * Familiarity with modern application development, databases, and APIs. * Working knowledge of UI/UX principles, Figma, web accessibility, and SEO. * Good problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Fluent written and spoken English. * Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively. * Willingness to learn new technologies and use modern AI development tools. * Genuine enthusiasm for technology and building high\-quality software.
