Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer Company: Dapton Technologies Job Category: MERN Roles & Responsibilities: Role: Full Stack Developer The Role * Design, build and maintain full\-stack features across our Node.js/TypeScript backend and React/Next.js frontend * Build and consume REST and GraphQL APIs using NestJS * Work with relational and analytical databases (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) and design schemas that perform at scale * Integrate third\-party APIs and webhooks, including payment gateways, SaaS platforms, cloud services and AI/LLM APIs * Ship AI\-enabled features and automation workflows alongside the Dapton.ai team * Write clean, tested, maintainable code and take part in rigorous code reviews * Work directly with founders and leads on architecture. We lock designs upfront, then execute fast with AI. * Deploy and debug in modern cloud environments (AWS, Cloudflare) AI\-Native Development * Claude Code for agentic coding, large refactors and multi\-file changes * Cursor and other AI\-assisted IDEs for day\-to\-day development * Prompt\-driven workflows for scaffolding, debugging, testing and code review * LLM APIs and agent pipelines as building blocks in the products we ship * Work on production AI systems, agentic workflows and modern full\-stack architecture, not maintenance work * A real voice in architecture decisions, with direct access to founders and technical leads * Hands\-on exposure to payments, real\-time analytics and AI automation products * An engineering culture where the latest AI tooling is the default, not an experiment * Fast\-moving projects where your work ships and gets noticed Work Location: Pune City, Maharashtra, India Availability: Full time

Experience: 4\-10 years * Strong hands\-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript * Backend experience with Node.js, NestJS or Express * Frontend experience with React and/or Next.js (Vue.js is a plus) * Solid understanding of REST API design and SQL database fundamentals * Comfort with Git and a version\-control workflow * Ability to work independently and communicate technical trade\-offs clearly * Curiosity about emerging technology and a habit of picking up new tools quickly Key Skills: Node.js, JavaScript, REST API, Git, TypeScript, SQL Salary: Not disclosed
