Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer Company: Soni Hospital Job Category: MERN Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role Soni Hospitals is looking for a motivated Junior/Mid\-Level Full Stack Developer with DevOps knowledge to join its technical team. The candidate will be involved in developing, maintaining, deploying, and managing healthcare software applications and infrastructure across the hospital and its associated diagnostic centers. The role offers an opportunity to work on real\-world healthcare technology, including Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), hospital management applications, medical imaging integrations, and server infrastructure. Responsibilities Full Stack Development \- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Vue.js, and JavaScript. \- Work on backend development using Python, Frappe Framework, and REST APIs. \- Develop and integrate APIs and database\-driven applications. \- Build responsive user interfaces and improve application performance. \- Work with MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and other databases. \- Debug, test, and maintain existing applications. DevOps \& Server Management \- Work with Linux\-based servers, primarily Ubuntu. \- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Docker Compose. \- Configure and maintain Nginx, reverse proxies, and web servers. \- Assist with CI/CD pipeline implementation using GitHub Actions. \- Manage application logs, server resources, and deployment environments. \- Assist with server backups, updates, security, and troubleshooting. \- Understand basic networking, DNS, SSL, SSH, and firewall configurations. Healthcare Software \& Integrations \- Work on RIS and PACS application development and maintenance. \- Assist with DICOM\-based medical imaging workflows. \- Work with Orthanc and DICOMweb integrations. \- Understand or learn healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR. \- Develop integrations between hospital systems and diagnostic centers. \- Support reporting, radiologist workflows, and clinical application requirements. Monitoring \& Maintenance \- Monitor application and server health. \- Troubleshoot production issues. \- Assist in implementing monitoring and logging solutions. \- Maintain technical documentation. \- Ensure application availability, reliability, and data backup procedures. Required Technical Skills Good to Have \- Knowledge of Orthanc, DICOM, DICOMweb. \- Understanding of HL7 and FHIR. \- Experience with MinIO or S3\-compatible object storage. \- Basic knowledge of Ansible and Terraform. \- Familiarity with Prometheus and Grafana. \- Experience deploying applications in production environments. Candidate Requirements \- 1–3 years of relevant development experience. \- Good understanding of frontend and backend development. \- Practical knowledge of Linux and application deployment. \- Familiarity with Docker and containerized applications. \- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. \- Willingness to learn healthcare technology and medical imaging workflows. \- Good communication and collaboration skills.
