About the Role
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain responsive front\-end user interfaces.
* Build, scale, and secure back\-end services, APIs, and server\-side logic.
* Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate requirements into functional features.
* Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
* Participate in daily stand\-ups, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Availability: Full time
Requirements
Experience: 0-3 years
* Frontend: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6\+), and working knowledge of modern frameworks like React.js or Angular.
* Backend: Familiarity with server\-side technologies such as Node.js (Express), Python, or Java.
* Databases: Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
* Tools \& Workflow: Experience with Git/GitHub, RESTful APIs, and basic debugging tools.
* Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, problem\-solving skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
Education \& Qualifications
* B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (Computer Science / IT) or equivalent technical degree.
* 0-3 years of experience (freshers with strong project portfolios are welcome).
