Responsibilities include handling bilingual communication, providing excellent customer support, and utilizing French proficiency. Candidates must be flexible for 24/7 shifts, with 5 working days and 2 rotational off days. Freshers start at 6.5 LPA, while those with 12+ months of experience start at 7.5 LPA.
