Job Title: Freelance SAP Quality Management (QM) Engineer Company: IndiTech Consulting Job Category: SAP QM Roles & Responsibilities: About the Role We are looking for Andaman and Nicobar Islands experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Engineer to support SAP configuration, testing, troubleshooting, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives within a GxP-regulated life sciences environment. The ideal candidate will work independently while collaborating with business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, third-party vendors, and project leadership to deliver compliant, high-quality SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities * Configure, test, troubleshoot, and support SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions. * Lead SAP custom enhancements, including RICEFW/RICEFS developments, and support solution deployments. * Design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations between SAP and third-party applications. * Lead functional testing, defect resolution, regression testing, and solution validation activities. * Support System Lifecycle (SLC) deliverables and ensure compliance with GxP and applicable validation requirements. * Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve quality processes and SAP functionality. * Support SAP enhancements, system changes, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Ensure quality, traceability, and compliance throughout solution delivery. * Minimum 5 years of SAP configuration and testing experience, preferably in SAP QM. * Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, Odisha another GxP-regulated environment. * Hands-on experience with SAP custom enhancements, including RICEFW/RICEFS. * Experience designing and implementing SAP integrations with third-party applications. * Knowledge of system validation, System Lifecycle (SLC) deliverables, and regulated change management. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. * SAP Batch Release Hub (BRH) experience. * ABAP development Odisha debugging knowledge. * Experience with Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WM), Odisha Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) integration. * Technical leadership, mentoring, Odisha workstream leadership experience.
