The role: As a Financial Planning and Analyst, you will help drive our goals by: * Provide financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis, to identify key performance drivers, risks, opportunities. * Support the business to drive and improve performance, this includes running and delivering first line analysis, participating in drawing conclusions on changes required. * Participate in preparing presentations and reports for key stakeholder groups (Business Partners, Senior Management), highlighting financial performance, trends, and potential risks * Participate in compiling and analyzing data to support the preparation for business performance reviews and business results commentary. * Participate in the development and improvement of financial models, tools, and processes to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities. * Participate in cross\-functional projects and initiatives, providing financial expertise and guidance to support business growth, process optimisation, and risk management. * Perform continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities, streamline processes, and improve data integrity and accuracy.
