Roles & Responsibilities:
Role: Finance Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, analyze, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual P\&L statements and balance sheets.
* Manage daily general ledger accounting, AP/AR, and financial reporting in SAP.
* Track variances against budgets/forecasts and report key insights to management.
* Ensure statutory compliance, maintain internal controls, and lead audit coordination.
* Supervise and review daily bookkeeping tasks performed by junior accounting staff.

Requirements
Requirements
* Experience: 2 years in corporate finance, financial accounting, or auditing.
* Technical Skills: Strong hands\-on expertise in SAP (ERP financial modules) and Excel.
* Core Skills: Deep understanding of P\&L management, balance sheet reconciliation, and statutory standards.
* Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (CA Inter / CMA / MBA Finance preferred).

Salary: INR 30000 - 30000 per monthly
