Job Description * Support the Financial Controller in maintaining accurate financial records, effective internal controls, timely reporting and compliance with statutory and group requirements. * Act as the operational lead for the monthly closing process, accounting activities, audit support, financial schedules and day-to-day coordination of the Finance team. * Review work prepared by Finance team members, resolve accounting and control issues, and escalate significant matters to the Financial Controller. * Strengthen backup coverage and succession capability across accounting, reporting, tax, treasury, costing and finance operations. * Ensure accounting records and supporting documentation are complete, accurate and retained in accordance with company requirements. * Support the preparation and finalisation of annual financial statements and statutory accounts.
