Finance Executive

Job Title: Finance Executive Company: NOVA-TECH MFG PTE. LTD. Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Manage and perform daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations. Support monthly, quarterly, and year\-end financial closing activities in accordance with company policies and accounting standards. Prepare financial reports, schedules, and variance analysis for management review. Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities. Maintain fixed asset records, including acquisitions, disposals, depreciation calculations, and periodic verification. Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and planning departments to ensure accurate recording of inventory and manufacturing transactions. Support ERP system transactions, master data maintenance, and finance\-related system enhancements. Assist in ad\-hoc financial analysis, special projects, and other duties assigned by the Finance Manager or Management. Work Location: River Valley, S00, Singapore Availability: Full time

Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, statutory requirements, and corporate governance standards. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline. Minimum 2\-3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, EMS, or precision engineering industry preferred. Experience with inventory costing and manufacturing accounting.
