Job Title: Engineer Heavy Fabrication Company: Bull Machines Job Category: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES * Production schedules for effective utilisation of resources * Develop efficient workflows to enhance productivity and reduce waste. * Implement quality control systems, conduct audits, and address quality issues. * Implement and maintain lean manufacturing practices. * Identify cost\-saving opportunities without compromising quality. * Lead and manage a team of fabricators, and welders * Provide training, support, and development opportunities for team members. * Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and regulations. * Coordinate with customer departments to align production activities with delivery timelines * Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely availability of resources. * Analyze root causes and implement corrective actions * Ensure all operations comply with industry safty standards, regulations, and certifications. * Maintain accurate records of production, quality control, safety Incidents, and other key metrics. * PPC programming knowledge \& experience Work Location: Coimbatore(Sulur ), India Availability: Full time
