Role & responsibilities. Manage and supervise administrative staff, visitors & Guest Management. Maintain site records, files, and documentation (attendance, reports, correspondence). Coordinate with site employees, contractors, and vendors. Liaise between site staff and hyderabad office departments (HR, accounts, procurement). Maintain attendance, leave records, and timesheets of site staff & Retainers (Supporting Staff). Assist with onboarding of new site employees and contractors. Support payroll data submission and employee documentation. Manage stationery, office supplies, and site facilities. Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation for site staff. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by site management. Event planning & organizing and liaison / Tie-ups with Hotels. Vendor Management and Liaisoning with local bodies. Coordinate the office calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments. SAP operations (Admin), Timely bill processing, Record keeping and inventory management. Preparation of SOPs / SLA and ensuring the benchmark Admin operations. Preferred candidate profile. Were looking for a proactive and organized Administration Executive responsible for providing administrative support at the project/site location. The role ensures smooth day-to-day site. operations, coordination between site staff and head office, proper documentation, and compliance with company policies and the use of the SAP MM module.
