Employee Services Specialist (US Shift)

Strong communication skills are essential for handling internal HR inquiries clearly and professionally. Candidates must be able to work the required US shift timing, for which a shift allowance is provided. Strong judgment is needed for appropriately escalating complex issues beyond first-line resolution.
