Electrical Purchase Engineer

Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Purchase Engineer – Electrical Procurement to manage electrical procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials for elevator manufacturing. The role involves vendor coordination, purchase planning, material verification, negotiation, and ensuring cost\-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards. Roles \& Responsibilities * Ensure timely availability of raw materials to support production schedules * Procure electrical components and materials required for elevator manufacturing * Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and supplier agreements through SAP/ERP * Ensure accuracy of quantities, pricing, specifications, payment terms, and delivery schedules in POs * Monitor stock levels, material consumption, and coordinate procurement based on production requirements * Handle vendor management including sourcing, negotiation, quotation comparison, and relationship management * Follow up with suppliers regarding order status, dispatches, delays, shortages, and pending materials * Maintain procurement records, vendor details, quotations, and purchase\-related documentation in SAP * Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Accounts teams for smooth procurement operations * Support cost optimization, vendor development, and resolution of quality or delivery\-related issues Work Location: In person Work Location: MH, India Availability: Full time

Department: Procurement Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Industry: Elevator Manufacturing Experience: 0-3 years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering * Fresher’s can apply * B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field * 0-3 years of experience in Electrical Procurement, preferably in a manufacturing industry * Candidates with experience in procurement of electrical components will be preferred * Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, and MS Excel * Knowledge of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables in Excel * Strong negotiation, vendor coordination, analytical, and communication skills * Good understanding of electrical components and procurement processes Benefits: Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Key Skills: Procurement, Purchase Orders Salary: INR 20000 - 30000 per monthly
