Job Title: Ecommerce Marketing Manager Company: CreateAsolution Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: E\-commerce Marketing Manager – D2C Growth \& Team Leadership Reporting To: Managing Director We are looking for an experienced E\-commerce Marketing Manager to lead D2C growth, manage online sales operations, and drive digital marketing performance. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with Shopify, performance marketing, team leadership, and e\-commerce growth strategies. Key Responsibilities \* Manage and optimise the Shopify e\-commerce store. \* Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversions, and customer retention. \* Monitor campaign performance, budgets, CAC, ROAS, AOV, and LTV. \* Coordinate content creation, creatives, UGC, and promotional campaigns. \* Lead and manage the e\-commerce and marketing team. \* Analyse performance reports and implement growth strategies. Requirements \* 1 year of experience in D2C e\-commerce marketing. \* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Industry Experience \* Candidates should have proven experience in managing D2C stores and driving online business growth.
