E-Commerce Executive

Job Title: E-Commerce Executive Company: Ruhe Solutions Pvt Ltd Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Role Overview: As an E-Commerce Executive with a focus on Amazon and Flipkart platforms, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our online storefronts. Your expertise in these major e-commerce platforms will help drive sales, improve product listings, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Daily marketplace operations: listings, catalog updates, pricing changes - PO handling, ASN/appointment follow-ups and shipment tracking for QC platforms - Return and inventory reconciliation - Raising and following up on seller support tickets - Daily/weekly sales and stock reports - Use AI tools to draft listing content, product titles/bullets and seller support emails, and to clean and summarise data and reports faster Work Location: In person Work Location: DL, India Availability: Full time

Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * 0-3 years of experience working with Amazon and Flipkart platforms. * Proven track record in managing e-commerce operations and achieving sales targets. * Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, and digital marketing. * Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Tools: Amazon/Flipkart seller panels, Helium 10 (basic keyword and listing tools), AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, Excel/Google Sheets * Working knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart seller panels, familiarity with AI tools and Helium 10 or similar, good Excel skills, good written communication * Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics. * Provide complete and accurate data in the weekly report. * Having experience in the analysis of (Flip kart, Amazon, IndiaMart) business reports, search term reports etc., * Performing Keyword research, competitor research and market research for category.
