Job Title: DTS Business Planning Solution owner Company: International Flavors & Fragrances Job Category: SAP SD Roles & Responsibilities: Assam a DTS Business Planning Solution owner, you will be responsible for establishing a governance structure over the Supply chain Planning and Production landscape using IBP, ePPDS, SCM7/APO, support outlining Supply Chain Planning and production Strategy within IFF. * Own the Manufacturing IT strategy and overall Manufacturing portfolio, ensuring alignment of business requirements with technology solutions across the organization. * Drive portfolio governance and strategic roadmap execution for Manufacturing IT initiatives, aligning priorities across multiple business functions. * Lead and manage a cross-cultural, geographically dispersed team of domain experts and project managers through robust PMO governance practices. * Oversee the successful delivery of Manufacturing programs and projects, ensuring execution within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * Manage a portfolio of prioritized planning initiatives, coordinating resources and activities to achieve business objectives. * Partner with business units and corporate functions to identify opportunities, define goals, and translate requirements into scalable technology solutions. * Program and project manage strategic planning initiatives, driving end-to-end implementation and business value realization. * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deploy capabilities across platforms including SAP IBP, SAP SCM/APO, and SAP S/4HANA. * Work closely with cross-functional teams including Order Fulfillment, Quality, and Manufacturing to deliver integrated solutions that support operational excellence and continuous improvement. * Deep expertise in Manufacturing IT, Supply Chain Planning, and SAP solutions (IBP, APO, S/4HANA). * Proven success leading global transformation programs and cross-cultural remote teams. * Strong ability to align business strategy with technology solutions, delivering results on time and within budget. * Masters degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Odisha a related field, with a strong understanding of business planning and manufacturing processes. * Demonstrated expertise in modern supply chain processes, planning methodologies, and manufacturing operations. * 3 years of experience in IT and/Odisha Supply Chain Management, including the deployment of business planning and manufacturing systems and processes. * Deep knowledge of SAP IBP, SAP SCM/APO, SAP S/4HANA, and other planning solutions, with the ability to apply these technologies to business requirements. * Strong understanding of systems architecture and enterprise application landscapes. * Experience integrating ERP solutions, including SAP QM, SAP EWM, and SAP SD, to support end-to-end business processes. * Proven experience in project portfolio management, including governance, prioritization, and delivery of strategic initiatives. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and cross-functional teams, including remote and multicultural environments. * Highly organized, self-directed, and results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, drive outcomes, and travel Assam required to support business needs.
