DMI Finance - Assistant Manager - Reporting & Analytics

Job Summary:-

Assisting in end-to-end portfolio risk analytics (starting from data extraction to analytics & reporting), Automation & monitoring of reports; supports in calculating the Business portfolio for any department in the company and requirements as per business.

Principal Accountabilities:-

1. Business Reporting & MIS

- Monitors Data and Prepares MIS on daily/weekly/ monthly basis

- Supports in Investor Presentation w.r.t reporting and analytics

2. Data Management and Analysis for Policy Review

- Conducts data extraction for minimizing Bounce Rate, Loss management, policy review, product changes, third party services

- Writes and updates the SQL/Python codes according to business requirements

- Perform data analysis to create reports that generate insights, extracts riskier segments (partner specific) for Policy review

- Prepares Deck and Month End tables on Tableau

3. Report Automation:

- Actively engaged in working towards automating reports such as:

- Monthly TTD population analysis (Acquisition Monitoring for every partner)

- Automate tracking of Cohorts/portfolio performance on monthly basis

- Publishing delinquency Cuts Reports

- Publishing partner Specific Reports

- Cater ad hoc data requests from other team members and other functions

- Investor cuts Report for Compliance Department

4. Automatic Framework for Third Party Service Analysis

- Creation of framework for analysis of value addition from various third-party services

- Prepare and present analysis on regular intervals (monthly/quarterly.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Qualification required: < Graduate >
- Must have hands on Tools: SQL, Python and Tableau or any other BI Tool, Data Structure

- Good to have: Credit Risk Knowledge, Domain Knowledge, statistics concepts, PL/SQL, AWS Athena, Decision Tree or other decision-Making Tool.
