What You'll Be Doing As our Warehouse Inwards Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring inbound stock is received, processed, and stored accurately and efficiently while leading a team to achieve strong operational performance. Key Responsibilities Include * Leading, coaching and developing a team of warehouse team members * Managing daily inwards operations to ensure timely and accurate receipting of stock * Monitoring workflow and prioritising inbound activities to meet business requirements * Investigating discrepancies and coordinating resolutions with internal stakeholders * Driving productivity, accuracy and continuous improvement initiatives * Supporting inventory accuracy and stock integrity processes * Maintaining a strong focus on health, safety and wellbeing * Assisting with broader warehouse operations and providing leadership support across the DC as required What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll bring: * 3\+ Years of previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience * Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations, particularly inbound logistics * Experience leading teams and developing employee capability * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities * Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) * Forklift licence * A proactive, hands\-on leadership style * A strong commitment to workplace health and safety * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * Career progression within a nationally recognised organisation * Great staff benefits and discounts * A supportive and collaborative team culture * The opportunity to make a real impact in a growing distribution operation * A modern and well\-equipped distribution centre environment If you're a people\-focused leader who enjoys driving performance, developing teams, and improving processes, we'd love to hear from you.
