Director of Automated Warehouse

Job Title: Director of Automated Warehouse Company: WT Microelectronics 文曄科技(股)公司 SAP Module: SAP EWM Roles & Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced Director of Automated Warehouse to oversee our automated logistics facility. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing automated systems (AS/RS, AGV/AMR), leading logistics and maintenance teams, and ensuring strict compliance with semiconductor handling standards (ESD/MSL). Key Responsibilities [Team Leadership] * Oversee warehouse operations, automation maintenance, and inbound/outbound logistics teams. * Manage shift planning, and direct skill development programs. * Ensure full compliance with WSH standards and labor regulations. [Strategic & Capital Management] * Develop and execute long-term strategies for warehouse automation upgrades and facility expansion. * Manage annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets to ensure cost efficiency and ROI on automation investments. * Analyze inventory turnover and logistics metrics to reduce import/export and regional distribution costs. * 10+ years of warehouse management experience in the electronics/semiconductor industry, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. * Proven track record in managing large-scale automated warehouses (AS/RS, WMS). * In-depth knowledge of ESD precautions and MSL component handling for IC/semiconductor products. * Hands-on experience with SAP EWM . * Strong business English and Chinese communication skills (written and spoken).
